The kind of information we collect
We collect information, including personal information when you interact with Lobster Gram on the phone, via mail, email, through mobile devices and through our Site. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect and store the following kinds of personal information: your name, email address, postal address, phone number, user ID, birthday, gender, product reviews and ratings, etc. Such information may be collected when you create an account with us, place an order online, contact us with a question or concern, subscribe to our newsletter or participate in our social media forums, membership programs, contests, promotions, and/or surveys.

Like most websites, if you turn your cookies off, some of our services, particularly the shopping cart, may not function properly. You may see ads for Lobster Gram on participating websites based on how you browse our Site as well as how you browse those websites. We do not control such third party websites or services on which these ads appear nor do we control how they collect and use data about your online activities.

How we use the information we collect:
We use the information we collect from you in order to carry-out our core and day-to-day business functions, including:

How do we protect your information?
The security of your information is extremely important to us. We store and process personal information on servers and computers we control in the U.S. We use technical and administrative security measures intended to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. Some of the safeguards we use involve the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider's database designed to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems.
We require that all third parties, vendors, and/or independent contractors to whom we provide personal information for marketing, servicing, or processing purposes to restrict the use of the information to those purposes for which their services have been requested and prohibit independent use of such information.
While we have implemented what we believe to be reasonable security measures to safeguard personal information, please keep in mind that "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.

As we have no way of determining the age of individuals who use our site, we carry out the same Policy for all users.
