A fantastic recipe to serve with crab cakes, or to use as a dipping sauce for crab legs, claws, or fingers.
½ cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. dijon or brown mustard 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped freshly ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Season with pepper to taste. Serve with warm crab cakes, or as a dipping sauce with crab legs, crab claws or crab fingers. Optional additions: 1 Tbsp. chili powder, 1/8 tsp. curry, 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper, or a dash or two Tabasco sauce
