Delivered frozen in a Lobster Gram insulated cooler. Thaw and serve or freeze for up to 6 months. Halibut has a thick meaty firm flesh that is sweet, yet rich in flavor. We love it seasoned with salt and pepper, baked with melted butter and olive oil, then finished with lemon juice and tarragon.
